We then offer a rough estimate, outlining our process and ADU costs. A site visit for a Feasibility Study follows, assessing your property and refining the estimate to match your goals. 02 | DESIGN In the design phase at ADUs by Avatar, we tailor a floor plan to your goals, providing a Construction Estimate for budget finalization. Post-approval, we prepare detailed architectural drawings for permits and assist in selecting finishes, ensuring your project remains on budget. 03 | BUILD Our in-house team handles permits, ensuring safety and compliance. We then develop a detailed construction schedule in our online portal. Construction begins! All updates will be communicated through the portal.
