This project started as an existing 2-car garage and was fully transformed into a beautiful, functional ADU.
We expanded the space with a 250 sq ft addition and also built a separate 150 sq ft laundry room to maximize usable square footage and day-to-day convenience. Inside, the ADU features bright quartz countertops, white shaker cabinetry, and a clean, modern layout designed for comfortable living. The dedicated laundry space includes a setup for a stackable washer and dryer, making the home even more efficient and move-in ready.
